- Why Haven't You Replied to my Email?

In most cases, we reply to all email within 12 hours. If you haven't heard form us, there are a few things that could have happened:
1. Your return email address may not be correct, making it impossible for our reply to be delivered to you. Check your email program to ensure that your reply-to email address is set correctly, then try to write us again. We get as many as 10 bounced emails every day because of this!
2. Your email was blocked by our anti-spam software. We do our best to make sure our spam filters are accurate, but sometimes an emil or two will slip through the virtual cracks. To avoid this, send us an email using the exact subject below and it will be guaranteed to get to us:

For recent videos we have now added instant viewing through a flash based video stream to every movie set. We have also added the option of viewing the video as a whole or in clips in your favorite video format such as Windows Media Player and Quicktime. Some options may not be available for all videos, but we will try our best to make the best options available so everyone can view the movies in the highest quality possible
To STREAM HIGHER QUALITY and watch the video while it downloads, click on a format to the right below and you will be presented with a new page where you can view or download the video or the just the clips you enjoy. This method is only recommended for high speed DSL and cable users.
To DOWNLOAD a video to your hard drive (recommended for the best experience), select the format of your choice below, then on the next page RIGHT CLICK the download link under the video. Once the video has completed downloading to your computer, double click on it to begin playback.

- How do I cancel My Membership?

The quickest, safest and most reliable way to cancel your membership is to go directly to the billing support center of the billing company you used to sign up to our site. This will ensure that your information always is handled over secure connections, and gives you instant and direct confirmation of your cancellation. We use two billing companies: CCBill and Epoch (sometimes referred to as Paycom).
No matter which billing company you used to join, you will be asked to present two of the following pieces of information in order to locate and cancel your membership:
- The e-mail address with which you signed up,
- The username you use to access our site,
- Your Subscription ID for CCBill, or your Member ID for Epoch. (This ID was sent to you via e-mail when you joined.), or
- The Credit Card or Checking Account number you used to pay for your membership.
Most memberships are purchased through CCBill. If you are unsure of which billing company you used to join our site, we recommend you try CCBill first. To cancel a membership purchased through CCBill, go to:
